Beautiful yoga time with the children yogies from South Pointe Elementary PTA and FOSPE..namaste , we are One..Here we are chanting OM ..releasing ourself from our personality and its actions,reactions , desires and returning always back in our true essence of peace and joy heart emoticon...i do feel really grateful to be able to share the calming and balancing, emptying releasing tools of yoga with children . To give them tools at a young age to surf life in a peaceful authentic way.
