This force protects , guides us back home in Peace and Joy.The more we learn to Surrender, Sharanam the more we will be able to hear the voice of this Spark, Light of eternal Truth.Serve your Divine Light....It needs to be taken care of by yourself...Just like a mother takes care of her precious child. You are that precious child, light. You deserve your own love for yourself. In case you feel unworthy of love, because of some traumatic event that happenend in your Life. Realize now that you are worthy , because you are a child of God....You are Light and u need to start caring for it . Nobody can do it for you. Lets have equal vision...We are One. In this vision by serving your own Light ..You serve the Light also in others. Forgive people , who hurt you or didn 't see your Light. Remember , that behind everything is still the Light in them, which is your Light.

The Divine Lotus flower, Thousand Petal Lotus

The Divine Lotus Flower; Sahasrara Crown Chakra,
The thousand-petaled lotus signifies spiritual illumination. In this case, each opening of the petal is the gradual unfolding of the consciousness on the path of enlightenment. Sharanam Yoga, Healing through Surrender

The specific yogic teaching that addresses energy centers within the human being, known as the chakra system, uses a lotus with varied numbers of petals to represent each particular chakra. The crown chakra is the thousand-petaled lotus, and so its blossoming indicates enlightenment.

The Buddhist mantra "Om mani padme hum" refers to the "jewel in the lotus," which represents enlightenment. It is claimed that this mantra has great mystical power, with transcendental truth in its words.

In buddhist and hindu writings, it is explained that "Om mani padme hum" [O Jewel in the Lotus Flower] "signifies not only the jewel of man's divinity living within the lotus (the cosmos), but also the jewel of cosmic divinity living within the lotus (man). In other words, the mantra is saying, "I am in You and You are in me," thereby stating the unity and brotherhood of all beings, as well as their inner divine potential. This is one way of expressing the principle of "As above, so below."

Om mani padme hum - O Jewel in the Lotus Flower
Om mani padme hum - O Jewel in the Lotus Flower
Om mani padme hum - O Jewel in the Lotus Flower
In spiritual literature from many sources, the lotus is a symbol for the macrocosm and the microcosm, the universe and man. The jewel in the lotus represents the divinity of the cosmos as well as the divinity of man.

Look into the center and feel your inner unfolding into the Light you are, we are ..Namaste, here we are One

The Human Soul is driven by desire of a loving Relationship

A relationship between two people creates a new being. The entity that is formed by the union of forces of two distinctive personalities. When two people combine their unique emotional, mental and spiritual qualities in a harmonious fusion, the blend of their forces can create a soul elixer of happiness. Love is the alchemical spark that ignites two hearts with the same inner fire.
There are three attitudes in particular that can help immensely in establishing and maintaining healthy relationships.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, APPRECIATION, ADMIRATION.
When partners can express admiration for each other's best qualities, their relationship becomes fruitful and harmonious. They help eachother to grow and become stronger. To see the Divine Spark in another. The eastern science of Tantra Yoga is an effort to perceive the Divine in one's partner. The way to lift relationships on to a higher plane is to be able to see the deeper self in the one we love.In this way we can lift our perceptions from the commonplace to the poetic; the dimension of wonder and admiration.
The secret magic of these three attitudes is that they can cause a great transformation in ourself and others. Expressing these qualities is like tapping into a fountain of enthusiasm and HEALING LIGHT that spreads goodwill and harmony."Emory John Michael"

It builds trust. And through this we can relax and open ourself. In this opening true union can take place.Only when we feel safe can the making love really be Divine.

Sharanam Yoga's mission is to get to the inner part of ourself through the releasing opening force of Surrender, Sharanam. In the state of being completely open, relaxed can we become again in alignment with our divinity...eternal peace, joy. Through the surrendering release used in the yogaposes ,you will feel the life-energy that permeates all things animate and inanimate. Discover the gems of knowledge that lie hidden deep in the reaches of your soul. Awaken the free and transcendent spirit within you. Come to feel, experience your Lightness, your Health , Your Love through maintaining Balance and Vitality.

Om Mani Padme Hum....Protection Mantra

Om Mani Padme Hum...'Om Mani Padme Hum' (translation: 'Hail the jewel in the lotus') is a six syllable invocation (mantra) of Avlokitesvara, one who is invoked as the Protector from danger. It is claimed that one who recites this mantra will be saved from all dangers and will be protected. This mantra is widely used in Mahayana Buddhism. One can find this mantra inscribed on rocks, prayer wheels, stupa walls, loose stones heaped as Mani (jewels) on roads, paths, mountain passes, the approaches and exits of villages. One can find this Mantra inscribed outwardly in the prayer wheels with millions of this mantra inscribed on paper inside the prayer wheels. The devotee turning one round of the prayer wheel means he recites this mantra millions of times. As this mantra is thought to save one from all dangers.I like to use this mantra a lot myself, at home and in my yogaclasses..enjoyhttp://youtu.be/iG_lNuNUVd4
