LET LOVE BE FREE...Today this beautiful girl came to the yoga class all prepared with her yoga clothes. She tells me on the way to the class that she brought this special t shirt, because she knows i will love it.........Children are still so connected to the Truth and Love....I am so in love with her and so blessed and grateful for these special loving moments with them.. . The Sweetness of children is the best feeling , because the I in me knows it is free and unconditional.The I in you knows it too.Blessing to all children at heart...We are One; Namaste

To Let Love be Free we need to stay free of conditions, ego desires and give ourself over,surrender to the wisdom and light of the Divine, which is the Essence within ourself.Surrender is an act of letting go through which we become the perfect vessel for the Truth and Love to shine through. Become aware of your thoughts and desires in daily moments of life and every time you observe that your ego is craving or desiring learn to release and just stay open and free in an empty mind so open for the Divine to be heard clearly. The practice of meditation helps tremendously to stay free and in the moment and not get lost in our desires which if they are not desires of truth , peace, bliss bring us pain and suffering..<3
