Laughter is so healing...

All laughing Buddhas...How healing is laughter.......I want to thank everyone for making me laugh and with who i was able to laugh so much ..you are a blessing.....lol

Lower blood pressure.
Increases vascular blood flow and oxygenation of blood.
Give a workout to the diaphragm and abdominal respiratory, facial, leg and back muscles.
Reduce certain stress hormones,such as cortisol and adrenaline.
Increase the response of tumor- and disease killing cells such as Gamma-Interferon and T cells.
Defend against respiratory infections-even reducing the frequency of colds by immunoglobulon on saliva.
Increase memory and learning, alertness , creativity

Joyfulness
The souls Abode
Over oceans, Over mountain peaks
To be by your side
The agony of my unsteady mind
Lost in the affairs of love
Longing to melt in the palm of your hand
Spontaneously experiencing Absolute Bliss
The Ananda of living in the Now
Over desires, Over fears
To be by your side
The pain of all its stored memories
Expressed in conditioning
Reacting, controlling
So in need and desperation of its safety
Over pleasure, Over pain
To be by your side
Earnestly surrendering to
As it is
Awareness full present
Accepting it
As the key for Timelessness

Peace and Joy
To have you by my side
Always

You are Majestic
With your gracious long neck
Rise into the higher truth of existence
Cleanse away the veil of spiritual ignorance
You are so blessed to soar like Spirit
Rising above the ever changing flow of water
Escaping the continuous cycle of birth and death
You are the precious Swan
Floating in a calm lake
Translucent
Full of Sattvic Virtues

Your colors magnificent
A delicate perfume
You are an exquisite artist
Your ability to shine is enlightening
When your petals open in the early morning
Still covered with fresh raindrops
Fragile and so vulnerable
I will take care of you
In your openness
Full of wisdom
Strong and fertile
I unite with my blossoming Soul
Be the pure Lotus flower
That I made you to be
