There is only Divine

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIbbhMfn9ZE

Rama and Sita in the forest together as One on this Valentines day. A Divinely arranged couple in the Vedic history. Sita, also called Janaki ,through her everlasting devotion to Rama and Rama as the incarnate of the Divine., Sita symbolizes purity, courage and everlasting devotion. She keeps her faith strong in accepting the present moment as it is meant to be and feels at last she will be purified like the gold.Shining bright and clear.A pure Diamond in the Light of peace and Joy.. Divinely guided and protected at all times. Her surrendering nature gives her peace and while she is kidnapped in the forest ..she awaits and meditates ...staying in faith for Rama . This is true Love.. Symbolical for us is that we are all Sita and Rama.....Lets celebrate today the marriage with our self. Staying in peace and relaxed, steady , comfortable in our own body and mind. In this returning , everything as One..there is so much Love and Bliss...Enjoy your love, lover, loved One

Sacred Marriage with Our Creator, Beholder, Annihilator in Peace and Joy.........

Sacred Marriage ........♥

I married you secretly
Sacred forever
As long as I hold your hand
Nobody will have to know
Everyone will feel
The Light of Love shows its true blissful face

Well hidden in our Core
A Diamond so pure
Transcending through devotional Love
Your Light and my Light dance together
Two powerful snakes intertwining upwards
As Time dissolves
In spontaneous Samadhi
Fully Aware in the eternal empty space
Totally Ecstatic

So Ham, Hum Sa...I am Divine, Divine I am

The more we learn to Surrender, Sharanam the more we will be able to hear the voice of this Spark, Light of eternal Truth ...Namaste ; We are One
So Ham. Hum Sa...I am Divine. Divine I am

We are One in Essence. That Essence is the Spark, Light of our Creator. Every name and form is an expression of that Divinity. To grow and unfold ,sharanam in the Light Soul is the aim of Life.We are Light. Born as children in the image of the Divine, we have the opportunity here to realize this powerful force inherent in ourself and All. This force protects , guides us back home in Peace and Joy.The more we learn to Surrender, Sharanam the more we will be able to hear the voice of this Spark, Light of eternal Truth.Serve your Divine Light....It needs to be taken care of by yourself...Just like a mother takes care of her precious child. You are that precious child, light. You deserve your own love for yourself. In case you feel unworthy of love, because of some traumatic event that happenend in your Life. Realize now that you are worthy , because you are a child of God....You are Light and u need to start caring for it . Nobody can do it for you. Lets have equal vision...We are One. In this vision by serving your own Light ..You serve the Light also in others. Forgive people , who hurt you or didn 't see your Light. Remember , that behind everything is still the Light in them, which is your Light.

Repeat the mantra below and bestow yourself with Divine Vibrations..
So Ham, Hum Sa.....I am Divine, Divine I am

Namaste in Anjali Mudra in Zen Pose with Jennieke Janaki......

Anjali mudra is performed by pressing the palms of the hands together. The fingers are together with fingertips pointing up. The hands are pressed together firmly and evenly.
In the most common form of anjali mudra, the hands are held at the heart chakra with thumbs resting lightly against the sternum. The gesture may also be performed at the Ajna or brow chakra with thumb tips resting against the "third eye" or at the crown chakra (above the head). In some yoga postures, the hands are placed in anjali mudra position to one side of the body or behind the back.
Anjali mudra is normally accompanied by a slight bowing of the head.

Symbolic meaning

Anjali mudra has the same meaning as the Sanskrit greeting Namaste and can be performed while saying Namaste or Pranam, or in place of vocalizing the word.
The gesture is used for both greetings and farewells, but carries a deeper significance than a simple "hello" or "goodbye". The joining together of the palms is said to provide connection between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and represents unification or "yoking". This yoking is symbolic of the practitioner's connection with the divine in all things. Hence, performing anjali mudra is an honoring of both the self and the other as the gesture acknowledges the divinity of both practitioner and recipient.

Physical benefits

Anjali mudra is performed as part of a physical yoga practice with an aim to achieving several benefits. It is a centering pose which helps to alleviate mental stress and anxiety and is therefore used to assist the practitioner in achieving focus and coming into a meditative state.
The physical execution of the pose helps to promote flexibility in the hands, wrists, fingers and arms.
Zen Pose, Thunderbolt, Vajrasan Pose

Benefits

  • Conditions pelvic muscles and brings awareness to your posture.
