Sharanam...Surrender ....In the giving of yourself completely...Open ....To receive Divine Virtues

In your openness...in the giving of your self completely ...a surrendering release of letting go, sharanam takes place , through which we can be the vessel for the light, truth, love, wisdom, peace to shine through us.......and let us bath in the ocean of Absolute Bliss again....just like when we were a child in the womb of our mother...safe, taken care of, in peace, ......let us unite within ourself ..where the mind find its eternal home....sharanam, surrender

We are the Light, Truth , Satchidananda,....The Indweller of all Being, Divine Essence, Inner Spark....Existence, Knowledge and Bliss....When we surrender,sharanam our mind, ego desires and dwell again in that Light , where is Peace and Joy , there we are One....Thats what Namaste means. What makes us different from eachother is the make up of our mind through the different impressions we have individually encountered in our lives through birth , parents influence, society, school, learning ....but in Essence we are One. Remember Tat Tvam Asi...That Thou Art.
Lets meditate on the Light, that which illuminates the Mind .Also called Tratak.....Gaze steadily, without blinking, until tears begin to flow. It is said to clear all eye afflictions and to lead to clairvoyance.It will keep your pituitary gland open, flowering. There is stored our Intuitive Knowledge , our Intuition which will lead us into the Knowing, Experiencing of our True Self in Peace and Joy...This is our Birthright...Namaste; we are One ..Lets see and serve eachother in that Light

Laughter is so healing...

All laughing Buddhas...How healing is laughter.......I want to thank everyone for making me laugh and with who i was able to laugh so much ..you are a blessing.....lol

Lower blood pressure.
Increases vascular blood flow and oxygenation of blood.
Give a workout to the diaphragm and abdominal respiratory, facial, leg and back muscles.
Reduce certain stress hormones,such as cortisol and adrenaline.
Increase the response of tumor- and disease killing cells such as Gamma-Interferon and T cells.
Defend against respiratory infections-even reducing the frequency of colds by immunoglobulon on saliva.
Increase memory and learning, alertness , creativity

Joyfulness
The souls Abode
Over oceans, Over mountain peaks
To be by your side
The agony of my unsteady mind
Lost in the affairs of love
Longing to melt in the palm of your hand
Spontaneously experiencing Absolute Bliss
The Ananda of living in the Now
Over desires, Over fears
To be by your side
The pain of all its stored memories
Expressed in conditioning
Reacting, controlling

You are Majestic
With your gracious long neck
